Decent Option in Livorno

Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable. The reception staff on check in were helpful. Room was a nice size. Food in the restaurant was good & there was a decent selection of food at breakfast.

Some of the restaurant staff were very rude to patrons (basically turning them away for dinner, even with empty tables and no other options given the huge thunderstorm that was happening when we stayed.) We were told to “get out” before we had even finished our meal. Other guests got no food at all. Breakfast was odd - there were teabags but no cups of hot water laid out.

Rooms quite modern - restaurant on site is quite good - and all staff was welcoming

Only one power socket (plug) was working in the whole rooms and bathroom, which is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel : impossible to charge your phone during your night, impossible to charge your PC next to the office when you work, impossible to use the hair dryer in the bathroom…..and we rented 2 rooms, it was the same in the 2 rooms, so we can assume it maybe done on purpose. The place where the hotel is located is not nice, and inhabited area next to the train station with nothing around. The only positive note is the restaurant, that was quite good and the staff, that was very welcoming and kind.

Good hotel for an overnight stay

It's a practical place to stay over night before an early morning ferry departure out of Livorno. The on site restaurant is good for dinner. However its the only alternative in the area.

The hotel is approaching the years when it needs renovations (bathroom etc) The location (right next to the highway) is an issue if you are looking for alternative restaurants. There is nothing within walking distance.

Hotel restaurant closes too soon. There are no options to purchase drinks or any meal after cca 9:30.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel, good staff. Clean and looked like the pictures on the website.

The location, was closest hotel to Livorno central railway station as promised. But in an industrial estate, which looked run down & 1km roundabout walk to get to the door. Would suggest a more direct walkway with easier access, looks like loads of waste land around that could be utilised.

The room and bathroom were a little dated. The hallways were a little dark.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good. The breakfast staff were exceptional. The hotel is so convenient for to the train station, supermarket and shopping. Also buses from the train station to the city and port were very accessible and easy.

cleanliness of the room location problem-free and quick arrival to the ferry

the mattress was uncomfortable, the reason for non-conforming sleep, I recommend buying new ones few parking spaces for such a large hotel

Breakfast was good, the restaurant was good and handy if you do not want to go in to town.

Great for one night stop, including easy access to Pisa.

Very convenient for the ferry to Bastia. It was also a 15 min walk to the station to get a 16 min train into Pisa, so we spent a great afternoon there. The trains run every half an hour. Our ferry was at 7am and as we had booked breakfast, they kindly made us up a takeaway bag to take on board. Hotel was clean, car park outside, room wasn't enormous but then we only slept in it. We ate at the restaurant and it was good.

Nothing! Suited us perfectly.

Very Good

I liked the facilities of the hotel.

First, door stops stick up from the floor and could cause serious injury. The shower, while very nice, has a floor that is quite slippery. A non skid mat would be a great addition.
